Suwon Saturday

This Saturday a group of five of us went to Hwaseong Fortress in hopes of embracing the Suwon Cultural Festival. We mostly caught the tail-end of events, but I'd say we all had a lovely time walking about, and enjoying the October air, and the life that went about breathing it.

It turned out to be a good day to be with friends, and an even better day for a photographic document. (See above!) There was plenty of time to people-watch, to get lost in thoughts, and to smile with strangers who were genuinely enjoying their day. I have to admit that I was a bit bummed out that we missed the parade, but I forgot all about it once I saw this little gal who was putting on a parade of her own.
